Descriptions

Based on the hit DreamWorks animated film, Madagascar: The Musical follows a group of animal friends from New York’s Central Park Zoo who find themselves on the wildest adventure of their lives. Alex the Lion, the star of the zoo, enjoys his pampered life alongside his best friends — Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, and Gloria the Hippo. But when Marty dreams of seeing the world beyond the zoo walls, his escape sets off a chain of events that lands them all in the middle of Madagascar! As the friends adjust to life in the wild, they meet a colony of quirky lemurs led by the hilarious King Julien, who “likes to move it, move it.” Together, they learn what it really means to be free — and that friendship can survive even the most unexpected journeys.
