The Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre’s annual Spring Fundraiser, first launched in 2015, has grown into one of the community’s most anticipated events of the year. Combining dinner, live entertainment, and creative fun, the evening celebrates the incredible talent of BPCT’s young performers while raising vital funds to support youth theatre programs. Guests enjoy performances by BPCT students, a delicious meal, and unique opportunities to donate games, raffles, and the ever-popular “Dessert Dash”. One of the highlights of the night is our themed tables—where table hosts showcase their creativity with designs and costumes ranging from simple to delightfully over-the-top. Over the years, this event has evolved into a joyful celebration of community, imagination, and the arts— bringing together families, friends, and supporters to ensure the continued success of Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre. Host a Table

Choose a theme and let your imagination take it from there! We’ll provide the following items for this event: Tables, chairs, a table covering, dinner, coffee, water Excellent entertainment throughout the evening. A classy “dinner theater” atmosphere

You’ll need to provide the following items for this event:

Tableware 10 place settings: dinner plate, water glass, wine glasses, coffee cups, silverware, dessert plate. Napkins, Salt and Pepper Shakers, Cream and Sugar (optional), Thematic centerpiece (you choose the theme)

Please, no high centerpieces in consideration of those behind you. No glitter or feathers on your tables. Burning candles i not permitted

Dessert – your dessert will be placed on our “Dessert Display” table. We will conduct a “Dessert Dash”. I will send details in an email.

Your Responsibilities: Filling your table. However, if you have empty seats, we will help! Move, mingle, participate! Have fun!! Take all of the items from your table home at the end of the night! Yes, dishes will go home dirty, so make sure you have a tote, or other secure carrier to transport your things.
